How long does it take to register my restaurant?

The whole process takes less that 10 minutes and you can have your brand new website available in less than a week!

Are there any hidden fees?

We do not charge you anything other than your monthly subscription. When it comes to taking payments from your website, you can ask your customers to either pay in cash or you can connect Stripe, our payment processing partner to your website to receive card payments and they charge 1.5% + 20p which is far below the extortionate 35% other platforms charge.

How can I manage my website?

We send you your login details as soon as your website is completed. You do not need to buy a tablet or computer to manage your website, you can simply use your phone, existing computer or any other device that can browse the internet. All you need to do is go on account.dinerly.com, add your login details and you are ready to go!

Is this a contract?

No, you can cancel your Dinerly subscription at any time and for any reason, simply let us know and we will get that done for you.
